What if I fail my driving test?

After you complete your driving test, the license examiner will show you your score sheet. They’ll also provide you with an opportunity to discuss the test if you want. To pass, you’ll need to score a minimum score of 75%. If you fail your first attempt, you’ll need to wait at least one day to retest. If you fail a second or subsequent time, you must wait at least 7 days to retest. You’ll have to pay a $10 fee before each road skills test attempts begins.

Please note: If you fail the Road Skills test at anytime due to a traffic accident or traffic violation during the test, you will have to wait 30 days to retest. You’ll have to pay a $10 fee before each road skills test attempts begins.
