What if I fail my driving test?

If you are under 18 and fail the driving test, you’ll have to wait seven days before retaking. If you fail on the fourth time, however, you’ll need to wait six months until you’ll be allowed to take it again. For information on what the driving test will be like, click here.

If you are 18 and older and fail the driving test, the state of Ohio has a new requirement that you take a 4-hour Abbreviated Adult course. Unfortunately, Aceable does not yet offer this course. You will find a list of approved online providers here.
