How do I get my certificate from Aceable?

The state of Florida allows us to electronically file your information into the Florida DMV system. You won’t receive an actual certificate from Aceable to give to DMV since they have access to it in their system.

Once you pass your final exam in the TLSAE course, your information will be filed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email from Aceable letting you know that you have been filed, and your certificate number will also be accessible from the Records tab in your account. Once you receive your certificate number, you can head to the DMV to get your permit or license (depending on your age).

When we file your information with the DMV, this does not include whether or not you took the Written Knowledge Exam. If you are under 18, you have the option to take the Knowledge Exam with us for $25 if you did not buy the bundle package from us. Once you pass the Knowledge Exam, your score is reported to the DMV by a third-party and it takes about 2-3 business days. That process is unfortunately not controlled by Aceable and we aren’t given any information about the status of your score being reported.
