Since your course requires you to answer identity security questions, your profile is locked to prevent you from making changes during the course. Our Customer Experience Heroes will be able to update your profile information. Just reach out with the current account details, and what you need changed, and we'll get it done! We'll reply back to let you know that we've updated your information. At that point, you'll need to log out and log back into your account to see the changes.
Note: It does not affect the correct answers to your security questions though. The answers are based on what you originally put in your account.
