How will I receive my certificate for this course? What do I need to do to ensure my completion is reported?

Yes - after completing the course, you still have one very important step left! You will be responsible for providing your certificate to the Clerk’s office. While we file your completion with the Florida Department of Highway Safety & Motor Vehicles, you must present this certificate to the court yourself because the court is not linked to the state e-filing system. Once you finish the course, here’s what you should expect:

  1. If we have all of your accurate information, we will automatically file your completion information with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles within 24 hours.
  2. Once we file your information, you will receive an email notifying you that your certificate is ready. You can download your certificate from your student dashboard. This is to let you know that we have successfully filed your information with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles. Please allow 24 to 72 hours after filing for school completions to be posted.
  3. You are responsible for providing the certificate to the Clerk’s office.
  • In Miami-Dade, you do this by mailing the certificate to Clerk of Courts, PO Box 19321, Miami, FL, 33101-9321.

If you have not received a digital certificate from us, you have either provided us incorrect information or are missing information. To resolve the issue, just contact us here!
