Is Aceable’s BDI course state-approved?

Yes, this course is approved by the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles! Currently, this course is only available in Miami-Dade County. Because of this, you must meet one of these two requirements to be eligible to take this course:
  1. You received a ticket in Miami-Dade County. In this case, it doesn't matter where you live, as long as you received your ticket in Miami-Dade County.
  2. You live in Miami-Dade County and need to take a BDI course for an insurance discount. Please get approval from your insurance company prior to completing Aceable's course!
