Where can I find the Classroom Instruction Driver Education Affidavit (DL-90A)?

Updated September 08, 2021 19:39

The Classroom Instruction Driver Education Affidavit is a form that only comes from the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR). Good news! Due to a recent update from TDLR, this affidavit is no longer required as an item that you need to bring to the DPS.  There's no need to worry about it anymore!
