Aceable courses are fully refundable if the student has not completed the course, earned any certificates or been filed with any institution, and if the refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.
“Completion of a course” occurs when you have completed all levels in a course, regardless if you have taken or passed the final exam.
How to request a refund based on how your purchase was made:
- Via credit card on the website or the Google Play store: please contact us to request a refund.
- Via the iOS App using your Apple account: please request the refund directly through the Apple Store.
- Via Groupon: Groupon has a separate refund policy for their vouchers. They honor refunds for 3 days after purchase of the voucher. If within their policy, please contact Groupon for a voucher refund. If you are out of the 3-day refund policy, we may be able to transfer the course to another person who can use it, or switch the course to a different course if needed.
