What happens if I miss an identity security question?

Check out the table below to see what happens if you reach the maximum number of verification failures for your course. If you have not yet reached the maximum number of failures, it doesn't impact your ability to continue on with the course.

California Traffic Violator School 1 You are automatically brought back to the beginning of the level you were just working on.
Florida TLSAE 1 You are automatically brought back to the beginning of the level you were just working on.
Illinois Adult Drivers Ed 1 You are automatically brought back to the beginning of the level you were just working on.
Nevada Drivers Ed 3 Contact our Customer Experience Heroes to be unlocked.
Ohio Drivers Ed 1 You are locked out for 24 hours. After 24 hours, you can continue working on your course.
Pennsylvania Drivers Ed 2 Contact our Customer Experience Heroes to be unlocked.
Texas Adult Drivers Ed 3 Contact our Customer Experience Heroes to be unlocked.
Texas Defensive Driving 3 Contact our Customer Experience Heroes to be unlocked.
Texas Instructor Taught Drivers Ed 19 Contact our Customer Experience Heroes to be unlocked.
