There are two reasons for this:
- You have not purchased the knowledge exam
- You purchased the knowledge exam but you haven't taken the exam yet
- You made a mistake when entering your personal information (ex. your birthday)
- The third-party test provider for Aceable has not reported the results to DMV yet and it has been more than 2-3 business days
One of the most common reasons is the confusion that the final exam for your drug and alcohol course was the same thing as the Knowledge Exam. They are not the same thing.
You should get this message on our website once you pass the knowledge exam.
You should get this message on our app once you pass the knowledge exam.
If you are unsure if you took the knowledge exam, please sign into your account and click on "Take Knowledge Exam" in the top left corner of your dashboard, just above the Table of Contents. If you haven't taken it yet, it will ask for payment. If you have taken the test already, it will say "You Passed!"
If it's possible that you made a mistake when entering your personal information, contact our Customer Experience Heroes so that we can look into this for you! We'll make sure to get it fixed for you if this is the case. If it has been more than 2-3 business days and your score has not been reported to DMV by the third-party test provider, reach out to us and we may be able to provide you a refund. Knowledge Exam reporting is handled by a 3rd party, and we have no control over the reporting process.
