How do I find or re-download my Electronic Certificate?

If you are using a computer, simply log into your Aceable account and click “RECORDS” in the top right of the home screen! This allows you to download the certificate and print it out. Just be sure it's been at least 24 hours since you completed your course. If you upgraded to Instant Certificate Delivery, you should see it in your account within 1 hour or less!

If you are accessing the course on , you can still access your certificate by clicking the folder icon in the top right corner of your screen.

Need to update your certificate? 

We can take care of that for you! Simply contact us with the:

  • Student's email address
  • Full student name
  • Student date of birth
  • The information that needs to be updated on the certificate

And we'll send you an updated certificate within 1-2 business days!
