Problem 1. It keeps sending me to a page that says "Welcome!" and my parent's name.
This means that you are currently signed into your parent's account. You'll need to sign out of the parent account (
how do I do that?).
After signing out, go back to your email and click on the link to set up your password again. Now, it should work!
Problem 2. It keeps saying the link is expired.
This happens when you request a password reset, but click on an old password setup or reset link. Yes, password reset requests affect your password setup link. Since your password setup link is unusable, you need to go to the password reset request email you received from us and click the link in there. Be sure to only open the most recent password reset request email you received from Aceable.
