Are you trying to find out how to take the Florida Knowledge Exam online through your Aceable account? You've come to the right place! If you are 14-17 years old and want to take your written Knowledge Exam with Aceable – instead of taking it at the Driver License Office – you can purchase the exam separately through Aceable for $25. If you’re 18 years old or older, Florida requires that you take the written Knowledge Exam at the Driver License Office. You CANNOT take the written knowledge exam online with Aceable. Your Knowledge Exam is accessible from your home screen, above the Table of Contents bar on the left-hand side.

It's super important to fill this information out accurately! If there are any mistakes, the DMV will not be able to receive your test results. When you're ready, you can then proceed with the exam! If you have not purchased the exam, this will be the screen you'll see: 
Upon purchasing, you'll fill out the contract above and be able to proceed! Students who take the Knowledge Exam with Aceable will need to:
- Answer 50 questions in 60 minutes
- Score at least an 80% (40 out of 50 questions correct).
- Pass all security questions.
Florida state law requires that you purchase the knowledge exam again if you fail the exam, fail a security question, or don’t complete the exam in 60 minutes. You have up to three chances to take the exam online. After that, the state of Florida requires that you take the exam at the Driver License Office in person.
