We'll never ask you to purchase the course twice! Once you purchase the Aceable course, there are no other required course fees that go to Aceable. Any other fees either must be paid to the State Regulatory departments, or are entirely optional features with Aceable.
The number one reason that you may be asked to be again is that you've logged in under a different account than the one you've purchased on. We often see this with students who use multiple emails, or have entered a typo in their email when they first purchase, or try to log in, and end up creating an entirely new account.
First, try logging out of the account that's asking you to pay, and try logging in with other emails you may have used, or double check that you didn't log in with a typo in your email.
If it's still asking you to pay, and you're not having any success trying other emails, Contact our Customer Experience Heroes and we'll be sure to get you back into your purchased account, or transfer the payment over where you've done your progress!
