I have a license from another state and just moved to Nevada. What do I do?

If you are under 18, complete the Affidavit of Completion of Out-of-State Driver Education Course (Form DP-289) and present it to the DMV along with these documents. You will take the written, vision, and driving tests to get your license. If you are over 18, drivers ed is not a requirement for you. Just follow Nevada DMV’s New Resident Guide. You will take the written, vision, and driving tests to get your license.
