You’ll need to complete 65 hours of behind-the-wheel practice with a licensed driver who is 21 or older or a parent, guardian, person in loco parentis, or spouse who is at least 18 years old and licensed with the same or higher class vehicle than appears on your permit. 10 of those hours must be done at night and 5 must be done in bad weather.
The Pennsylvania Driver License Center has an awesome Parents Supervised Driving Guide that will guide you through what you need to learn in the car. The guide recommends using the RoadReady app for iOS to track your driving hours. Unfortunately, they do not have an Android app at this time.
