Electronic certificates are available for all courses from Aceable with the exclusion of California.*
If you are using a computer, simply log into your Aceable account and click “RECORDS” in the top right of the home screen! This allows you to download the certificate and print it out. Just be sure it's been at least 8 hours since you completed your course. If you upgraded to Instant Certificate Delivery, you should see it in your account within 10 minutes or less!
Note: If you are a student taking drivers education courses for Nevada, the state requires additional documentation before you can receive your certificate of completion. You can read more about this process here.
If you are accessing the course on our mobile app, you can still view your certificate by clicking records icon on the bottom of your screen.
Need to update your certificate?
We can take care of that for you! Simply contact us with the:
- Student's email address
- Full student name
- Student date of birth
- The information that needs to be updated on the certificate
And we'll send you an updated certificate within 1-2 business days!
*If you are an Aceable student in California, your certificate will only be available to you through regular mail. You can find additional information about the shipping process and receiving your certificate here.

You may have noticed some changes to the look and feel of your course - let’s walk through them together to ensure that you’re set up to get the most out of your Aceable course.
Taking your course on a computer?
In the pink box in the image below, you can see an overview of your course. If the course you are taking includes a driver checklist, you’ll see To Dos - these are important action items! Please make sure you complete them before moving on with your course.
If you see a lock next to a chapter or level, this means that you cannot complete it until you’ve completed the previous section.
To work on your course, select the chapter, and then the next level that you need to complete. In the image below, the level is in a blue box.

We'll never ask you to purchase the course twice! Once you purchase the Aceable course, there are no other required course fees that go to Aceable. Any other fees either must be paid to the State Regulatory departments, or are entirely optional features with Aceable.
The number one reason that you may be asked to be again is that you've logged in under a different account than the one you've purchased on. We often see this with students who use multiple emails, or have entered a typo in their email when they first purchase, or try to log in, and end up creating an entirely new account.
First, try logging out of the account that's asking you to pay, and try logging in with other emails you may have used, or double check that you didn't log in with a typo in your email.
If it's still asking you to pay, and you're not having any success trying other emails, Contact our Customer Experience Heroes and we'll be sure to get you back into your purchased account, or transfer the payment over where you've done your progress!

- "Sign In" is always available in the menu of our website, and the top right of our help center, if you get lost.
- Tips for remembering how to find our sign in page:
- Enter the email address that you used to create your Aceable account.
- Enter your password - it's case sensitive! This means that if you used capital letters in your password, you need to type those in exactly.
- If you can't remember your password, click here to send yourself a password reset link.
- If you receive a message that says: "Oh No! Oops! We don't recognize that email and password.", this means you have entered either your email or password incorrectly. Carefully reread what you have written in.
- If the email is correct, then it is likely that the issue is the password.
- If you reset your password and are still unable to sign in, contact our Customer Experience Heroes so that you can get assistance with signing in.

Aceable courses are fully refundable if the student has not completed the course, earned any certificates or been filed with any institution, and if the refund request is made within 30 days of purchase.
“Completion of a course” occurs when you have completed all levels in a course, regardless if you have taken or passed the final exam.
How to request a refund based on how your purchase was made:
- Via credit card on the website or the Google Play store: please contact us to request a refund.
- Via the iOS App using your Apple account: please request the refund directly through the Apple Store.
- Via Groupon: Groupon has a separate refund policy for their vouchers. They honor refunds for 3 days after purchase of the voucher. If within their policy, please contact Groupon for a voucher refund. If you are out of the 3-day refund policy, we may be able to transfer the course to another person who can use it, or switch the course to a different course if needed.

Aceable’s Referral Program is a great way to earn commissions by referring your friends! Here's how it works:
- Get your unique share link. You should have received this link in an email or when you signed up. If you have the Aceable app, tap “Refer & Earn” on your dashboard menu as another way to access your unique share link.
- Share your unique referral link with friends and family. This can be shared via text, email, newsletter, or social media!
- When your friend purchases through your link, they’ll receive a discount on their drivers ed course and you’ll earn $10 on qualifying purchases.
- A qualifying purchase is a purchase of any of the following courses over $35 that is not refunded: Texas Parent Taught Drivers Ed, Texas Adult Drivers Ed, California Teen Drivers Ed, the Florida Bundle, Pennsylvania Drivers Ed, Illinois Drivers Ed, and Ohio Drivers Ed.
- Only new referrals are eligible. Commission is approved when the referral does not refund the course. Self-referrals do not qualify. The maximum cash earnings you may receive per month is $300. You are prohibited from posting your referral link on coupon sites as a way to generate commissions.
- Earn rewards. When your friend successfully purchases after clicking on your link, we’ll send you an email to let you know that your referral reward is pending approval. Your referral rewards are approved when your referred friend does not refund the course.
- Get paid. On the second of every month, you will receive your approved commission payout via an electronic gift card, which is emailed to you.
